Once QR codes have been generated, printed, or shipped, refunds are not available. All fees are payable as per the selected plan.
Refunds may be provided if a technical error from our end prevents QR code generation or delivery. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Your account will remain active until the end of the current cycle.
Refunds will not be provided in cases of user error or failure to utilize the product.
